Water goes where gravity tells it to. Your job is making sure it goes where you want it to before it ends up where you don't. That's what a drainage system is — an intentional path for water, designed to protect everything around it from the damage that standing or uncontrolled water causes.

We carry drainage systems for roofs, decks, balconies, parapets, showers, and general floor applications. Copper and stainless steel, because those are the two metals that hold up over the lifetime of a building without corroding out and leaving you with a hole where your drain used to be. Plastic drains have their place on price-driven projects, but they flex, they crack in cold weather, and they degrade under UV exposure on any above-grade application.

Each drain type handles a different problem. Roof drains collect precipitation off flat and low-slope surfaces. Deck & balcony drains protect the framing and occupied space below an outdoor surface. Parapet and scupper drains channel water through vertical walls at roof edges. Shower and floor drains handle interior wet areas. Overflow Drains serve as emergency backup when primary systems reach capacity during extreme weather events.
