I received the product all scratched up. As soon as I got it 4 days ago, I tried to return it but still haven't heard back. The finish of the product isn't what I expected.

A prompt RMA was issued to the customer and the product was refunded the same day the return was received. Our products are handmade and surface scratches do happen in the building process from time to time. These scratches generally disappear over time as the material oxidizes.
