Linear Shower Drain with Copper Drain Body

I purchased a 30" size (on accident) and when I received it, realized I intended to order the 48" length. The return policy is pretty strict, so I immediatly tried to get a hold of someone in customer service by emailing, sending a note on the live chat and calling for 3 days straight. Finally on the third day i was able to get someone on the line. They were good once I had them. However, now that I paid for the return to be sent back, I am now waiting for them to sort the item which is taking time. All i wanted to do is return the 30" drain, pay the difference for the 48" drain and have them send me a new one once they received the 30" drain, which is at their returns department now. I still do not have a resolution...

I was a little nervous putting this linear drain in our master bath as my plumber and tile guy hadn't installed many before. Even so, they had no problems installing. I had to call customer service for a question and the gentleman I spoke with was friendly, helpful and knowledgable on the product. Drain seems to be of high quality.

I researched for every type of linear drain and I'm glad I choose this one. Looks magnificent and fit to a tee.
Their customer service helped get all the items needed to complete the job.

I purchased the tile in linear drain. Great product. The customer service was outstanding. I had a return and I was walked through the process with no questions asked.

I purchased this drain because I like the customer service (Mike is very helpful and so patient.) It arrived as estimated and in great condition. Very nice looking, solid materials, my contractor said he's amazed at the high quality. Unfortunately, after he opened the floor board, he found this huge metal beam. There's just no way and no space for him to lay this drain. Sadly, I have to return it. Ana again, wonderful customer service. I will definitely purchase from this compant again.
