I ordered two 2’ x 2’ square sheets and they arrived damaged because they were poorly packaged between two pieces of cardboard with the sides taped shut. Two corners of both pieces were dented and badly scratched. I called Copperlab and left a voicemail message about the damage and I left my phone number on their voicemail and they never called me back. Nice.
Thankfully the damaged corners were both on one side and I was able to cut about an inch off as I didn’t need the full 24 inches in one direction but did need it in the other direction, so the cut piece of 24” x 23” worked for me. But I won’t be ordering from Copperlab ever again. For the price I paid for shipping, they should have done a better job packaging these fragile sheets.
I was extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the fact that it could be cut to my specifications. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
