I'd like to know how to install this product in an application where the deck surface is fiberglass and the parapet wall is masonary/stucco. The total thickness of the parapet wall is 6" and the adjoining roof is flat modified bit roof.

Our recommendation would be to contact a roofing contractor or the manufacturer. We do not do installation. So cannot offer advise.
