RETURN REQUEST WILL ONLY BE HONORED FOR STANDARD STOCK PRODUCTS. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR ANY CUSTOM PRODUCTS. RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE IN AS-NEW CONDITION. RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF ORIGINAL INVOICE. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SECURELY PACKAGED TO AVOID DAMAGE DURING RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of date of delivery. Returns will be charged a minimum restocking charge of 20%. Damaged items that we are not able to sell as new will be rejected.
All claims for damages, shortage or errors in shipping must be made within 10 days following delivery to Buyer.
There are two ways to request an RMA:
- Log into your account and navigate to My Returns on the left hand column.
- Call (619) 663-5227 and speak with our customer service.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your RMA is approved, you will receive a notifcation via phone or email, depending on your method of use.
